Our range of work-based qualifications and industry partnerships are all designed to provide learners with practical experience, whilst enabling employers to grow and develop their businesses. Our apprenticeships, alternative provision qualifications, and FE Courses are all supported by our team of experienced and dedicated Coaches & Assessors, ensuring that we consistently meet the needs of our students and the organisations we work with.
Employers
Our qualifications aim to support employers by developing an experienced and knowledgeable workforce that can meet the specific demands of your organisation. Our Experienced team of Coaches & Assessors all bring a wealth of experience from their respective sectors, and are committed to guiding our apprentices and employers throughout their learning journey. They provide invaluable support. All apprentices are to attend one college day per week to ensure all training needs are met and up to standard . Assessors then Visit you every 4-6 weeks to ensure that you and your apprentices are well supported and receive the training necessary to thrive within your organisation.
We understand that every business is unique, which is why we provide information, advice and guidance to help meet your requirements. We also offer a FREE recruitment service. As part of this, we filter candidates for interview and once an employee is selected, we deliver a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure the individual has a seamless transition into training at your company.
