It’s never too late to start – we have many very active senior riding members.

How do I Book?

Step 1 - Register
Step 2 - Download the EC Pro app ( in App store) OR continue on the Weblink
Step 3 - Add a rider to your account ( you can add multiple riders to one account )
Step 4 - Await for the rider to be Graded ( you will receive a confirmation email when this has been complete)
Step 5 - Book lessons / Activities & Events

Our Group Sessions Start at £30 for 60 minutes from beginners Groups up to the more advanced Dressage & Jumping groups. Our Groups will remain a maximum of 3-6 people per Group at anyone time to maintain safety & Quality.
Our Online booking system will automatically only show you lessons & activities available that are suitable for your Ability .Please ask your Coach which Groups they think you could Join based on your Ability and for updates on progressing a level.

Frequently Asked Information & Terms of Booking.
Weather Conditions
We ride in all weather, for safety reasons we reserve the right to cancel/change lessons at short notice due to any adverse weather conditions and/or the ground conditions are unsuitable. We may need to change the content of the lesson for safety reasons.
Payments & bookings
We require Full payment on all bookings to secure your slot. We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy for all Lessons without exception. If a lesson is cancelled within 48 hours, this is non-refundable. If the lesson is cancelled with more than 48 hours notice we are able to credit your EC Pro account . This will enable you to re schedule your lesson to a later date using the credit on your account at check out.
There are no Exceptions or refunds for the cancellation of Any Activities, Courses or Events booked.
Suitable Clothing Requirements
A riding hat is essential. Anyone wishing to use their own helmet can do so provided it complies with the current safety standards. We can provide you with a riding helmet which complies with the latest standards at a hire/cleaning charge of £2 per session.
We ask riders to ensure they always wear full length trousers/leggings, strong supportive boots with a low block 1’’ heel. Suitable clothing depending on weather conditions e.g. warm clothing for winter. Sorry no skirts or shorts to be worn.
Anyone wearing trainers sandals will not be permitted to ride, entrance on the yard or near the horses for health and safety reasons.
Weight Limit for Riders
All our horses and ponies have a maximum weight carrying capacity (13 stone).
Please note we ask customers to be very honest about their weight for the welfare of our horses and ponies. We reserve the right to ask customers to be weighed on our weighing scales on site and this could result in refusal for riding.
